Over the 3 years when we studied this, 300 patients were treated, 5000 treatment fractions, we had near-misses but we didn’t have any wrong-site treatments and ongoing quality improvement processes have added QA checks – one of the key things is surface guidance. And beyond that we’ve started using it for DIBH, and for patients who are unable to remain still.
